With each coaching session I create a space for you to open up in to discuss what best suites you at that time. Within this space we are open to talking about anything no matter how bizarre. From habits you are looking to quite. To emotional situations that might be bringing you down. To opening chakras for a better understanding of your own energy. To religious or spiritual teachings and if they are correct for you. To beings in the physical and astral, and all matters of the universe that may be affecting you.
Just the simplest of changes can make a huge difference in the world around us. Even though it may be complicated to understand, everything revolves around energy, frequency, and vibration. It is just our choices that determine what that energy is. Our choices create a vibration, and that vibration creates the frequency of our energy.
